For public transport (ÖPNV) tickets, two ticket machines are available around the clock in the waiting hall area. At these machines, you can pay by card or cash with euro notes and coins.
On the website of the Verkehrsverbund Berlin-Brandenburg (VBB), you can find out about suitable tickets in advance. Also on the websites of Berliner Verkehrsbetriebe (BVG) or S-Bahn.
There are electronic destination displays at the bus stops. There you can see where the bus is going, where it stops along the way, and when it departs or arrives. Delays are also displayed there. In the waiting hall, you will also find timetables for reference. Important announcements are also made via loudspeakers.
Please note: The destination on your ticket is not always the final destination of the long-distance bus. Sometimes an intermediate stop is indicated as the destination on the ticket. If you are unsure, please ask your travel provider.
In the bus station waiting hall, you will find various services, which are described in more detail in the pictures. The waiting hall is open 24 hours a day.
For your luggage, you can use convenient lockers in four different sizes located in front of the waiting hall on the bus station side. The maximum luggage dimensions are (height x width x depth (price)):
XL: 96.8 cm x 47.9 cm x 93 cm (8 EUR)
L: 61.5 cm x 44.7 cm x 93 cm (6 EUR)
M: 54.5 cm x 24.8 cm x 80 cm (5 EUR)
S: 42.0 cm x 24.8 cm x 80 cm (5 EUR)
Use of the lockers is available for a fee, which will be shown to you on a display after selecting a locker. The amount applies to a usage period of up to 24 hours. If this time is exceeded, the amount is charged again for each additional day.
Please note that payment is only possible with 50-cent, 1-euro, and 2-euro coins.
Pre-booking or reservation of the lockers is unfortunately not possible.

At the ZOB, a public restroom with the following services is available to you. The entrance is located inside the ZOB waiting hall.
At the bus station you have the opportunity to visit various gastronomic establishments. Here you can purchase snacks, travel items, and souvenirs.
The 'k kiosk' is located directly in the waiting hall of the ZOB. Here you can purchase small snacks such as sweets and drinks. The shop also carries tobacco products.
